We need judges who are not a soft touch to certain sections of society, they make fools of us all.
|

I am not sure if that article is a piece of comedy, or if the country itself has turned into comedy. Surely any sane judge cuoldn't have made that ruling? I'm also surprised by the MP's remarks. Its the judge that needs to be checked. He or she is either being blackmailed or has completely lost it and is a much bigger danger to the society, just like the politicians themselves. But al always, the gang member will be the center of the issue, not the people protecting him or letting him go.

These judges, along with defence barristers ,and most poiticians, live in a different universe to the people they work for, thats why the only way forward for everyone is to forget the law, as the law is an ass, and take things into there own hands until the law changes,
if enough people do it, our servants will change, at the end of the day, they are OUR servants,as its us who put them there. |

Judge Ruth said: “It is a sad and unpleasant fact of life that, in various parts of London, gang culture is an accepted and widespread part of life for many young people.
“In my view, although it is a sad and unpleasant conclusion, the likely association of Binbuga with this north London gang is a good example of his integration into one of the less savoury aspects of UK life.” the 'likely association'! He isn't even sure if the guy belongs to the gang! |

Tolga Binbuga, 29, has been convicted of robbery, burglary, assault, criminal damage and shoplifting and cautioned for drug possession.
So that means he has fully integrated into British society, albeit British criminal society, so he can say?????????? Do we really need more criminals??????? A strange ruling.....Judge you should have deported him |

The Judge will be removed.

He has been clean since then?
Well if he has turned over a new leaf and is now doing honest work, that may be taken into account Judge still taken a bit of a chance |

Although he could have been in prison since then?

Judge is an 1d1ot. Stretching the laws to show how progressive he is much like the 1d1ots who are constantly searching out things that could offend.
Postman Pat, Blackboards, kissing Sleeping Beauty and etc. |

Or knifed Ebul.

Oh I see now that they overturned this judge's decision and ordered deportation again.
It looks like a typical case of 'I know where your children go to school your honor!' |

Could be worse Ebul.
In Germany and Sweden the governments lean heavily on the press not to mention any bad behaviour of immigrants. Police also instructed to turn a blind eye. Both riddled with no-go areas. |
