I am not sure if that article is a piece of comedy, or if the country itself has turned into comedy. Surely any sane judge cuoldn't have made that ruling? I'm also surprised by the MP's remarks. Its the judge that needs to be checked. He or she is either being blackmailed or has completely lost it and is a much bigger danger to the society, just like the politicians themselves. But al always, the gang member will be the center of the issue, not the people protecting him or letting him go.

These judges,along with defence barristers ,and most poiticians, live in a different universe to the people they work for, thats why the only way forward for everyone is to forget the law, as the law is an ass, and take things into there own hands until the law changes,

Tolga Binbuga, 29, has been convicted of robbery, burglary, assault, criminal damage and shoplifting and cautioned for drug possession.
So that means he has fully integrated into British society, albeit British criminal society, so he can say?????????? Do we really need more criminals??????? A strange ruling.....Judge you should have deported him |

In Germany and Sweden the governments lean heavily on the press not to mention any bad behaviour of immigrants. Police also instructed to turn a blind eye. Both riddled with no-go areas. |
