I must concur with a nice Welsh accent - a nice summer spent with a young lady from there and also the SW. An ex gf was from the SW but unfortunately she had a rp accent and not a SW accent I might be in the minority here but I do love a Russian lady speaking English too.

Even though I'm a Londoner born and bred the cockney accent on a woman is not pleasing to the ear. I'm actually in Newcastle right now (here for the Palace game today) and a thick Geordie accent is quite frankly hideous no matter how attractive the lady is.
I agree with those that said an Irish accent which is absolutely charming on a beautiful filly.
