Daughter popped into her husband's work place, with her seven month old daughter, during this week...

A senior manager was just passing, and she was introduced to him briefly....

One day later and he was dead!

All we know, at this time, is that he was at home, and had choked on something unknown..

Paramedics restarted his heart, but he was DOA at York District Hospital...

Mid thirties, and with two young girls.....(don't know if the girls were there, but I'm assuming they would be).

Absolutely tragic!

Just awful beyond words. About 10 years ago my mate went to bed with his missus, 2 young kids they had and he died in his sleep from natural causes aged 42. You just do not know what life has in store for you, live for the moment I say.Get your 'bucket list' sorted and crack on and tick them off one by one before it is too late.

TBFTGOG ... one of my fav sayings.
Unfortunately the circles I frequent aren’t sophisticated enough to cope with things like that.

“Walking a mile in another man’s mocassins” would get even stranger looks.

Do we all think everybody else goes through life without tragedy? (Rhetorical)

Yes, you never know when your number's going to be called.

Chocking is a major hazard for humans, I recall something on TV that said we humans have had to combine the food and air pipes to make room for something else, and this creates the hazard.

RIP senior manager

A niece of mine, aged 19, also choked to death.
She was on a drug called clonezapin at the time.
Can’t be sure if that contributed or not.

So tragic given her age
