Hi.Just curious here as I haven't bet on it,but does tomorrow's vote on the withdrawal agreement count as the '3rd meaningful vote' - since it is supposed to be 'not meaningful ?

It probably counts more than the referendum .
We must respect the majority vote by members of the house of commons despite their total lack of respect for the majority vote by members of the public  |
