Oh wait, they've just elected Fvd (Forum for Democracy) which campaigns for a Dutch exit from the EU!!

Thierry Baudet, who leads the FvD, which was only launched three years ago, told supporters: “We stand here in the rubble of what was once the most beautiful civilisation.

“We won because the country needs us. We are being destroyed by the people who are supposed to be protecting us.

“Successive Rutte governments have left our borders wide open, letting in hundreds of thousands of people with cultures completely different to ours.

Previously, Mr Baudet has adopted a Trump-like ‘Dutch First’ anti-immigration policy and has railed against the EU.

In February he said: ““I am ideologically against the EU, against the internal market, against the open borders, against the euro, against the whole thing.”

We are being destroyed by the people who are supposed to be protecting us.

A phenomenon happening across Europe, massively assisted by the Free Movement of Terrorists, Rapists, Criminals, all protected by EU Law.

From wiki: During the Golden Age, there was a great flowering of trade, industry, the arts and the sciences in the Netherlands.

In the 17th and 18th centuries, the Dutch were arguably the most economically wealthy and scientifically advanced of all European nations.

This new, officially Calvinist nation flourished culturally and economically, creating what historian Simon Schama has called an "embarrassment of riches".[80]

Speculation in the tulip trade led to a first stock market crash in 1637, but the economic crisis was soon overcome. Due to these developments the 17th century has been dubbed the Golden Age of the Netherlands.

I'm also fascinated by how little coverage the Mueller Report is getting.  Not the result the MSM wanted.

This week's Radio Times has an interview with Kelsey Grammer, the bloke from Frasier. He will soon be on stage in London, so the interviewer asks: this means you'll be here in the immediate post-Brexit period. Are you worried?

His response? "You survived the Blitz, for crying out loud!"

The population of countries having a very different opinion to the "elite" (politicians + the likes of the out of touch islinginton set at the BBC) on things like immigration is pretty well established, and the anger the BBC etc see at "populists" actually starting to listen to the "stupid" proletariat is quite amusing.

Perhaps they'll have to crack down on us to stop it, anyone voicing a non PC opinion will be sent to a camp to be "educated"...

There are about 54 countries in the African continent, The EU has about 28. And, given the similarities and diversities between them and Europe how are the African countries faring in comparison to those outside the continent? In future years when the economies of the present new EU member states are better/developed and becoming increasingly competitive and prospering how would the citizens of the present 5 major funders eg Germany, France, UK, Italy and Spain feel when their EU neighbours are direct and indirect competitors of theirs in the rest of the world?

Could and would they be happy to accept they were responsible for their development and competitiveness that could impinge/affect negatively on their living standards and wealth in the future?

How'd they feel if these new "developed" economies decided to seek an exit from The EU? Could/would The EU ask for a reimbursement prior to their departures? Could/would The EU be successful if the then "leader" of The EU come from one of the member states seeking an exit from The EU?

The above points could be unpalatable to some nevertheless, cannot be ignored. I believe strict exit clauses, and terms and conditions must be in placed prior to the exit of the benefactors of The EU funds.

Once Donald has built his wall along the Mexican border he'd be doing the world a great favour by building another one around the perimeter of Africa.

Make the African wall out of mud and the entire perimeter should be doable for around $50 million.

The EU will ask the air force to being them in, just like they asked the navy to do the same 3 years ago.

But I am all for the project. It will be a great issue to milk the public on.
