OUR MODERN BRITAIN....

Hi guys, I had a great discussion with a mate who opposed my views tonight. We touched on the 60's of our youth and agreed that the media did not engage in 24/7365 propaganda that we have today. we also agreed that a time it was a time of great Optimism and tolerance.

I don't believe we were looking through 'rose coloured glasses' and now we are living in a world where it seems that a public figure can't make a spoken (word) mistake without some minority group expressing 'insult' and is given prime time media/tv etc. about their social degradation!!, which ultimately leads to their domination of our of our media output.

Am I just out of touch because of my age or is this the case, please discuss...
