It will and it'll be followed by a day of celebration with May carried through the streets and hailed as a hero.

The saddest aspect of all of this is that Joe Public is totally oblivious to the fact that the May's deal isn't a deal. The withdrawal agreement is simply a framework to guide future negotiations that are intended to arrive at a deal. That's what they've spent two and a half years to arrive at.

Angoose

We know exactly what joe public is going to end up with, and its staying in the EU with no human rights act, that's the only reason she's still there, once this "deal" is through she's off quicker than a rat down a drain pipe

Its absolutely disgusting but they ain't getting away with it Happy

Just wait for the "deal" to voted through, she'll look strong right? like she's beat all the odds right? she's a leader right?

Nope, she'll be "resigning" the day it gets through, and wont be seen for a few months at least

Crazy

Mays deal will be voted down on Tuesday, MPs will then vote down a no deal option leading to an extension of article 50 at the end of which we'll be in the same position except without representation in Brussels. The PM will then put a motion to the house of either a second referendum or staying in the EU before promptly resigning. A second referendum will be held in early October. This is what lies ahead so those saying JRM and the ERG are softening well they're not, they're simply looking at what's the best possible scenario for the people. Some folk aren't getting the fact that NO DEAL IS OFF THE TABLE. Blame your remoaner MPs for weakening the government's hand in negotiations by voting for the option to remove the no deal and remember it when you next go to the polls.

She doesn't do bins - leaves it to Philip.

So it now looks as though she is going to try and get MPs to vote for something the EU won't give her. I don't know what she's on but I'd like a bit.

Too many of them are too committed to getting rid of the backstop. They daren't blink. I have no idea what will happen and I honestly don't think anybody else has. May wouldn't last 21 months though. Moggy and co can have another vote to get rid in December.

21 month delay could see a lot of Brexit Party MEPs causing chaos in Brussels from June.
