Maybe with all these people bleating on about democracy and "the will of the people" the turn-out will soar above the usual 35% that has previously allowed the UK to be misrepresented (or not represented at all) in Europe.

With the removal of 73 UK seats no EU country is losing seats this time and some are gaining. France and Spain are probably gaining 5 seats each. Of course all the EU countries are going to support our delay of Brexit
