Also when it comes to redundancies you will be more likely to lose your job if you are white British as employers will be wary of being accused of racial discrimination and also know they need to maintain quotas of non white British employees
All employers have this as a policy even perhaps subconsciously when they are interviewing and making people redundant they will be determined not to be accused  of racism

The world has gone to ****, I lost a contract with the local council, my tender was £10,000 cheaper than the Pakistanis who got the contract, I was told diversity rules within,fair for all

I  went to a tribunal at Nottingham to state my case, lost ,straight away, opposing solicitor got up saying this guy is racist,...doomed,I’m not ,but people are starting to push me,  oh and it cost me £6780.80

This company is based in Rochdale, ,council pays travel expenses,,  this is Derby city council ,....something stinks,

Half the 'white british' people in this country who hold racist views have probably only become 'racist' in recent years because of imposed policy . The State is turning folk into racists

I seem to remember what were called Section 11 posts in the 80s. Basically could only be filled by ethnic minorities who usually didn't have the necessary qualifications for the job.
I worked with quite a few of them. A mixed bag,some were very good,others a complete disaster. Not sure if they started under Thatcher but they were funded by The Home Office under her administration when I remember them.

It will be funny if jobs like plastering are ever doled out on skin colour over skill.

A T  i got 7 o levels at school 4 grade A (one in cookery) I used to be a train driver, Thatcher in her wisdom did away with coal mining,and I as a result lost my job driving what the call merry go rounds,(ie coal trains).so went to college for 3 years to learn plastering ....spent another 4 years labouring for a spread, did I do badly at school?, did I not try to improve my life ?
