Given the high profile way in which the NFL has dealt with Ray Rice and Kareem Hunt and their zero tolerance policy towards domestic abuse it will be very interesting to see how they treat today's news about Patriots owner Robert Kraft

What does domestic abuse have to do with it, if everyone involved was a consenting adult many countries (and states, Florida being in the god-fearin'-bible-belt however) wouldn't even consider it a crime.

The key element seems to be the suggestion the prostitutes were "involuntary", in which case it takes on a whole different dimension.  Word is Kraft is not the biggest name busted.  Half the world's top golfers live in Jupiter and Mar-A-Lago's just down the road.....

I was just reading a disgusting report about the portuguese legal system where men convicted of r@pe are routinely given a slap on the wrist and walk away with a fine. Shockingly backwards, I now view the country in a different light. Yet some countries imprison people for sex between consenting adults. Strange world.

I thought rich Americans just got on a private plane to Vegas to enjoy their sexual antics legally. A certain well-known golfer springs to mind.

I take the libertarian view on consenting adults JC - but wasn't this bust suspected trafficers? Then it isn't consenting adults.
Report Just Checking February 25, 2019 9:37 PM GMT
Depends if he knew or had a reason to suspect that though doesn't it, from a moral point of view.
You could be served a curry from a takeway from a trafficked illegal immigrant, doesn't mean you agree with it.
(I await suitable moral outrage at that analogy, this is 2019 after all, where the default position is moral outrage and misinterpreting what people say! LaughScared)

In Craft's case I would imagine it would be a 68!
