Had my car in for service on Monday...
Sometimes you just have to complain, but I am just as quick to recognise good service, and to appreciate the people who do.
Kudos to the girl who completed the up front paperwork with a cheerful disposition and particularly tolerant of my deafness!
Fast forward to whoever cleaned the car as, even though I take good care, it hasn't looked as good since the day I got it!
The alloys looked as good as new, the tyres satin black, the glass optically clean, and the paintwork with an unbelievable depth of shine!
I asked if they could let me know which products they use, and got an acknowledgement and a short while later, another e-mail from the girl
saying if I called in she would dig out some products for me.
Popped in yesterday and omg, take a look at this....

Unfortunately I have a new phone, and can I hell connect it to my WiFi, or I would have posted a photo. Got an old phone on charge right now, and will post a photo of it, on my Air Hockey table, with a gas lighter, and a card reader, and an electric razor, and a remote control!
