Prisoners are easer to handle when they're high on drugs.
It's also better to let them get their own than administer them which puts the authorities on the spot when they get addicted. That is why drugs are allowed in prisons when it would be easy to stop it. |

in Ireland they shoot the drugs over the walls with a sling or catapult at an arranged time

Reynard you are clueless sniffer dogs cant find drugs up your a..e or inside your stomach particularly when they are wrapped in clingfilm or sprayed with perfume.
