Wouldn't bother unless you have a decent pair of scissors to cut them out with.

Did your daughter accept the decision? Was it a case of um papa, um papa that's how it goes.

Very good Crisp
![]() Scissors take your experience with them to twitter. They won't be long in responding, hopefully you'll get a refund. |

If she paid by credit or debit card contact your bank and do a chargeback
|

I've found the refund process very straightforward with Groupon.

So you had trouble too Jack .

|

No.
One I just changed my mind - can't remember what it was. The other was a photo album thing which didn't seem to work with my Mac. Both refunded no questions asked. Both would have been within the 14 day period which they seem to use. I guess you are outside that period. Seems you are stuck in the middle of a disagreement between the two companies. |
|
By:
14 days irrelevant, as stated above your daughter should chargeback. Tell them that they have 48 hours to confirm they will refund or the chargeback will be implemented.

I know a guy who a combined a Groupon voucher with Grindr.
He gets out of hospital in a month. |

Its a failing company with a management that has almost no interest in the welfare of the company. All they do is burn cash and pay themselves well, waiting for someone to buy them out because of the large amount of user data on shopping behavior that they possess. I have heard of their customer service being non-existent so was surprised that you could get in touch with them!

3 friends had a similar experience with Groupon; They bought 3 tickets using Groupon to a male stripshow; got to the door and refused entry; doormen claimed they knew nothing, and reference Groupon.
Never take up their offer - Groupon = Misery! |
|

Use them often for restaurant, leisure deals. Never had a problem. Only thing that slightly niggles with them, is when they offer an extra discount with a code and the deal you want is excluded from the offer. That happens too often for my liking, but on the whole, very good imho.

I think it was the Chippendales (couldn't remember the artiste's name earlier); the 3 professionals were so disappointed esp the solicitor who'd booked it. And her doctor sister told her...you'd been scammed!

By:
Strange to hear that they had problems with The Chippendales. They are normally a well oiled machine.

By:
Been told they were a bit wooden.

Funnily enough I am acting as taxi tonight for two friends who have a Groupon for a Chinese restaurant.
The terms and conditions exclude Friday, but they let them book it anyway. |

Has anyone used the O2 offers? I was thinking about switching to O2 and they apparently give you loyalty deals or something?
Any good? |
