Not me but work colleagues of the Mrs. They bought the house because it had an annexe. On moving in they found out the annexe had a basement clearly used for growing marijuna! Then the fourth day they were there someone turned up at 11.30pm and said he wanted his tag removed. Seems they were into the business of removing police tags and resetting them! and they still haven't got any gas. Seems they had an unregistered gas metre and were nicking the gas for free

Would certainly Check out where the Electric supply is coming from ? Previous residents would not have been paying for it if Growing the Herb .
