Like the Good Friday Agreement, but on Valentine's Day instead. 
I wonder if this would work on Chit Chat. Get the various warring factions to sign up and see who breaks first. It would need somebody of impeccable credentials, respected on both sides, to broker the deal.

Just needs an agreement drawn up, both sides to endorse it, and then whoever reneges on the deal first is rightly ridiculed by all. You'll probably get an award for this one day. Go down in the annals of Chit Chat history.  |
