How can the authorities make FGM criminal and not do the same for MGM !

I agree circumcision should be illegal if not consented to.
An ex-boyfriend had to have a circumcision as an adult for medical reasons and said the sex was not as good afterwards. Let's face it how are all the men who have been circumcised know the difference? |

Unless there is a medical reason there should be no hacking away of any human parts until the human concerned gives their consent. I cannot see how it is acceptable for humans when it is illegal to dock the tails of dogs.

Babies have to go through teething, and when they grow up they will go through a lot more pain.
Get them used to it early? It is part of Religion for Jews and Moslems little hope of getting it banned  But objectors have made good points FGM must be PROSECUTED it predates Islam, it is NOT in their book, cannot see any point either. It means women cannot enjoy sex(which most husbands prefer) and leaves with pain and health problems in that area for the rest of their lives, it is illegal in this country s well Religious views are one of the stipulated reasons for female genital mutilation (FGM) in some parts of the world, along with others such as culture. FGM is found only within and adjacent to Muslim communities, but the practice predates Islam, and is not required by it. |
