sportsbook works fine. exchange wont open unless in via wifi..

Ive deleted and re-installed... I click app, screen opens for 2 seconds and disappears..  but when connected to wifi works fine....  |

Try this : Go settings, look for Exchange App, Location at top should be set to ...While using.....that is on mine.
Background app refresh and Mobile data set to "on" |

Mine was very poor recently on wifi. Pages wouldn't load on the iphone. 'No markets available' etc.
The last week or so whatever gremlins were there have gone. |

My exchange app doesnt have a location switch at the top.. But my sports book does and is switched on...  might need that hammer.... |
