a good gambler must have a fresh mind before he selects winners.
now this means he must look after his diet.now if you want to improve profits you must(repeat must )follow these instructions.
its no good getting out of bed in the morning staggering down stairs and banging £20 on the first favourite and hope it wins.
a good gambler gets up at 7.30 am ,shaves,showers,and has nice sweet smelling clothes to dress that are comfortable.no jumping into the jeans you wore yesterday,or smelling the armpits of yesterdays shirt to see if it will do.
breakfast must consist of corn flakes and orange juice and freshly buttered toast.to keep the mind fresh.
a plate of bacon eggs sausages,fried tomatoes,black pudding,white pudding red pudding,hash browns,and fried mushrooms will mull the brain.
your lap top must be set on a table that is high enough so as to not strain your back,and a swivel chair is a must.
the room you sit in must be airy and tidy and smelling fresh.
a red,green,black,and blue set of pens and 2 hard back note books,should be placed on the table for recording every bet you place.3 mobile phones are also good to have near you,plus all of the days racing papers,and alarm clock is also a must and you must set it to alarm every two hours to give you a 15 minute break and a stretch of the legs.
these are small changes that you must make in preparation for you to become known as a whale in the gambling industry.

and best of all is that if you make these little changes it does not matter how small your bank account is because it will grow and grow because you will be in the correct frame of mind which is the most important point of all.

I tried to implement these changes today funnily enough. No change in profitability but I do have couple of very pretty drawings that I'm proud of. I'm actually considering getting into pastels. |
