it takes the average person 16 seconds to read the title of this thread,unless you know how to skip read,in that case it will only take 2 seconds to read the title.But no matter how long it took you those seconds are gone forever,and time is still ticking.
Imagine if you were waiting for someone to do something that was out of your control and they were doing nothing and the clock was ticking  and tocking and you could do nothing but wait for them to do something.You would get frustrated ,and with frustration comes anger.thats what psychology says.
