i am trying to work out this question but my calculator keeps getting a blow of a fat thumb half way through calculating and i am getting frustrated doing it.
its an easy question and please help me if you can.
if a gambler won £1 on the first of January 2019,and won £2 on the second day and won £3 on the third day and continued winning for the year (365 days)going up a pound on total he won  from the day before  every day,how much would he win in total over the 365 days.thanks if you can help because its doing my head in.one of you guys might be able to set the calculator to work it out.

if a guy was trying a system like that at some part of the year the task would get easier as the total grows.
that would be some sum to win for a years work,but i have to build a winning system to suit it.
wow=66 grand,that would be niceHappy

1+364=365
2+363=365
Repeat.....
181+184=365
182+183=365

So (182 x 365)+ 365
Or 183 x 365

if you started off with andrew's lay a day it might get a few quid to get started,but when you reach 20-30 quid the laying would have to stop because one loser would wipe you out.
and then when you reach a 100 its 100+a dayCry
i think you would have to send a couple of hundred single fivers out at day intervals and lay a horse a day and hope one runs for 365 days and dodges the bullets.
