Agree with the above.
Listening to Teddy Atlas tell it like is on the Joe Rogan podcast would confirm your post CLYDEBANK doubt we'll see a solution soon due to the money involved, sadly all sports fall into the drug use category and this will never change now. All the parameters of possible human abilities have been shifted over time due to widespread PED use so almost everyone hasn't a clue what the natural limits are, copying Athletics drug testing systems are pointless as they aren't fit for purpose. Not only that those at the top of Athletic federations are extremely bent and they are the ones that decide who tests positive or not there aint and never will be a system where any positive means an instant ban, then there's the TUE corruption and abuses for which the UK are right up with the best in 'acceptable doping'. |

i've had some really bad beats on the boxing in recent years and now don't indulge betting wise. Some of the judges need jailing for the scores they produce

The problem is money...having multiple World Champions creates more interest.
It means more countries can claim the have the World Champion I don't see that changing....although they should unify now and again Judges and Referees should be NEUTRAL I agree...there should be no cheating there. But people will probably quote tradition, and few bad verdicts probably creates more interest although very unfair on some boxers just my own opinion |

The reason boxing gets away with so much is the media is complicit. It's the media that bought FIFA, athletics and cycling to task, but appears hopeless when it comes to boxing.

can't remember what you mean ebul, but I think I may have something like Eubank wasn't very good?
he's just not top top level, stepped up twice and lose twice, looks good on highlights reels though, next up for him is James De Gale, De Gale has been poor last 2 fights so if he can beat any kind of calibre boxer that'd be his best chance, but De Gale reckons he's back to his best and if he is he'll win. Eubank can box but tactically clueless, I blame the lack of proper trainers around him. As for boxing corruption - 3 judges has always seemed too few, I'd have 10 judges 5 ringside, 5 watching on TV. Very hard to try and get to and corrupt 10 of them. |

if people think Pro Boxing is bad....
it is NOTHING compared to what goes on in the amateurs. |

I'm pretty sure the likes of diving and ice skating changed their scoring systems because of bias judging. But then there's no money in those sports, so financial corruption and backhanders not an issue to anywhere near the same extent.

The amateurs are a joke. The sport is corrupt at all levels. I believe there was a Romanian judge who acted as a whistleblower. The result was a string of dodgy defeats for Romanian boxers.
