Just savouring the last drops of the most fabulous drink!
Had a gift of a bottle (250ml I think) of a "Gin Infusion" from "Mirfield Monastery"...
Unbelievable and beyond description!
Closest I can get is some spice undertones (perhaps cinnamon) but it tastes almost fortified, and the syrupy feel on the lips, feels like the possibility of "Mead"
which has always been a favourite of the monastic brethren!
It is in a simple, flip top bottle, and with no description, or suggestion of ABV, but, my God, I have to get more of this!
Even that is, if I have to become "a brother" and abandon my sexuality, and live in an alcoholic haze!
