Instead of duck breast I'd chicken thighs marinated in hoisin sauce, honey and satay sauce (for a bit of heat) with roast parsnips, carrots and peppers. And it was lovely without sounding self-congratulatory. Hope yours was just as lovely too. At least it made up for some sh1tting betting except laying Might Bite when he went a shade below 3 in-running...to minimise pain.
Had similar today because of horse racing, but fish tomorrow.
