Scotland is an incredible country and while I was there I met some incredible people,but while I was there I almost very much killed myself by my not taking care.I was walking up and down beautiful scottish mountains in January on no sleep or food for almost 3 days.I was crazy.

Hi Denzil,I visited the great city of Glasgow and I then considered visiting the Isle of Skye but I changed my mind about going to Skye,instead I visited the area around Loch Lomond.

Good Morning All,I feel bright and bushy this morning,helped somewhat by my just finding out that while I kipped my LA Chargers bet,that I had forgotten all about,won myself the nice tidy little amount of £153.I know that's just pennies to many on here but for myself just before crimbo,it's a blo0dy fortune.

Anyway,i'll be off out very soon to once again face this cruel world but while I'm out there,I will try and put a little smile on my face and have a Beautiful song ready to sing away in my heart.

I'm off out now,I'll hopefully be back here later to meet up with some old chitchat pals and maybe to even make some more...I can now hear the words of a song beginning to sing within my heart,and those words are "Oh,what a beautiful morning,Oh what a beautiful day,I gotta a beautiful feeling,everything's goin my way".

Leopard ,Yes I had to be up and about early,but it wasn't for work it was for a city and Guilds course that I completed today, and I'm happy to report that I passed with flying hours.I enjoyed it and I may take on another one,quite soon.

The board has become a bit stale.  Great to have news of your exploits.

The course I've just finished was in Employability skills 5546...I knew almost pisS all about computers,job interviews,marketing yourself,etc so taking this course has been and will be very useful to me because I plan to enter the job market very soon.Although at the moment Jack,I have absolutely no idea what job to look for.I'll clean toilets if I have to.

I was up and about at 4.am but I didn't need to be at the course centre till 9.45..I had so many things to do this morning Leopard before I ventored out.
