What is the problem?
Is it this Irish Border again....EU say we must have one, May does not want one. Will it be that bad? I would happier if we leave with a deal, I do not wish to starve to death. |
By:
UR; i never thought you would believe the hype put forward by big biz and the civil service in this country.
As for my plan; i'd put my hard-earned and best suit on the following.. The EU Would poo their nappies as they want a no-deal even less than you, sir. |
By:
ahhh!! you must have heard of the thousands who will starve coz of loss of any fruit and veg
By:
it sounds like the nutcase is terrified in negotiations so no wonder she is getting diddled.
two years of a complete amatuer trying to get this country away from the bureaucratic gestapo that will affect all of us for generations to come |
By:
She should curl up into a little ball out of shame imo
How she can keep showing her face and talking like she does is pretty awesome on her part, to show no shame is a fantastic achievement in her sense |
By:
she's got 2 choices now; take my advice (humbly) or look forward to a 2nd referendum
By:
She might as well throw in the towel
She's even admitted she's not running for election again, and as now said her deal is at risk Resign ffs |
By:
SS, she will go down with the Titanic. I have no problems with her drowning herself; it's the country i'm worried about
By:
Going down with the titanic would be honourable and she's not that
She'll do an ismay |
By:
The problem right at the beginning, Theresa is just not very good at this whole politician/negotiation thing.

Come away after telling the EU to shove their deal. They will be much a loser as we are. No winners here. Leo won't be smiling then. The Rep of Ireland will be hit the hardest
By:
the robot is about to speak
By:
unbelievable. Just how long is this damn grass field she is kicking into
By:
she must have ADD. Acute Delusional Disorder
By:
She'll keep going and end up getting this vile deal through trust me
The backstop will be eased by the EU and that will be the "clincher" We get no say on this, we voted "brexit" but they get to make it whatever we get "democracy, everybody gets what nobody wants" "that's democracy, Dennis" |
By:
It is pathetic though
We've just had the EU come out and say no to renegotiation's, yet this idiot is now telling us all "its possible" Absolute dog **** |
By:
I've never hated a PM as much as I hate this one
Brown was a buffoon, Cameron was a smug ****, Blair was a lying **** But this woman is all 3 of those x10, she's vile |
By:
she's ill and should be sectioned
By:
"new referendum will clarify what british want"
Ahhh looks like the predictor of that on here might well be right "may's deal or remain" it might well be then ![]() ![]() ![]() Either way the human rights act goes imo |

heard 2 people on daily politics say like treason she,ll get it through, why without the dup which will go,the tory party will implode out of office for years, but it seems her deal now comes before the future of the tory party, not that i care
By:
This deal will be the Tories ultimate middle finger to the country
No human rights act and basically still in the EU ffs Hope those 200 MPs who went with May are happy, the vile one's who took a few quid to keep her in Hope all of them are unseated next GE and none of them ever get back in |
By:
May said, "I had a robust discussion with Jean-Claude Juncker..." But apparently he admits to calling her "nebulous". (being a bit thick I had to Google what Nebulous meant = hazy, vague.) Surely her only chance left now, get Junker p1ssed and get him to agree to her conditions !
By:
I think Parliament will block any deal. Both the EU and our Parliament would like a 2nd Ref. 3 outcomes on the ballot paper:
1)May's deal 2)No Deal 3)Stay in EU. The Brexit vote will be split between 1 and 2 and 3 will win. And then there will be riots. Sadiq Khan will ask Macron to borrow his water canon and he'll use so much water there'll be a hosepipe ban next Summer. |
By:
If those are the options there needs to be a massive effort to get all the out voters into option 2 then
By:
And only idiots will be rioting

The Frogs proved violence works. Expect it here. Only a matter of time...
By:
Violence needs to be targeted in the right place though
No good throwing rocks through business windows ffs |
By:
It wasn't cricket I agree. But Parliament's contempt for democracy won't end well.
By:
Brilliant to see her seething at Junker, the man she's been softening us up for, so he can give us a good kicking
![]() |
By:
So the EU have given us nothing, as expected.
Surely they must understand a backstop we can never get out of is impossible to accept? They want to make sure the deal isn't accepted an Brexit is stopped. Screw them. Walk with no deal. I was buying a bottle of wine this week and was about to buy French then remembered Macron, and got some South African instead. |
By:
i think most on here know my feelings towards the nutcase; but let me make this clear, if it came to blows between some tuppeny bureaucrat and this countrys PM, my support would be unwavering. This is about more than personalities though; and she cannot continue down this path of destruction for this countrys future, by acting like some drunken despot! Someone shake her head. please!
By:
What if Theresa said to Jeremy"support my brexit deal and i will call a general election in April and i can get even with all the back stabbers in my party as i leave number 10"And then Jeremy you will sweep to victory by claiming that you had to support my deal to save the country from a no deal"
and then Jeremy, you will be the new PM with no brexit problem and i will retire as a hero.and all the back stabbers will lose their seats. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
By:
she could get some onside by doing what she should have last week. Namely bring the deal to the chamber, open the vote and get defeated. Hold up her sweaty hands and say "My honourable members; you have spoken and i will abide by your decision. There will be no deal before the leaving date of 29/03/2019. Unless of course the EH come up with a workable deal that the house will accept and my country will move forward with. That should get sproutland interested

But Bap, the commons is full of arrogant remoaners who openly despise and disrespect their electorate who voted Leave.
A large number of them would have no problem in demanding a commons vote to try and stop Brexit. I'm not sure about procedure but I believe MPs can call for certain motions outwith the government calling for them. That gets called, and then Brexit is stopped, 50 revoked. The electorate are told their opinion doesn't count, if the "wrong" result is returned it will be overturned, and the UK is an international laughing stock, and the EU cackle and start wondering what opt outs they can remove and punishment they could pull on such a spineless country... |
By:
Just Checking; yes they can ask for an amendment or vote but it's rarely passed. And in this case as it would show their 'cards' so to speak, i can't see it happening.Your bottom paragraph is entirely correct imo as Juncker and his merry men & women have started the abuse of this government and it's people already today. This is why i see my 'plan' as doable now. The EU are bluffing, and we aren't. I've sat in on negotiations at boardroom level and believe me it isn't gentle. May is so far out of her depth she may have damaged this country beyond repair. We are a very proud people (normally) and if some bureaucrats continue abusing our PM, the government, and the country then now is the time to act! If of course, as i think you believe? it doesn't matter what we do as the plan for a 'return' to the EU is already signed & selaed, then i'm typing for nothing

By:
and JEREMY will say"not a bad idea Theresa""i will be a hero also for saving the UK from no deal,i will become the PM also "(no brexit problems)
And of course Theresa will be a hero who got her deal voted in and back stabbed the back stabbers,we will tell the Dup how valuable they are ,the Irish will be delighted and EU will crack open the champagne ALL IN THE NATIONAL INTEREST of course =everyone's a winner."and i will even give the scots another independence vote in 5 years time when i am retiring "and even the head of state(QUEEN) will be happy with me and give me a knighthood.SIR JEREMY CORBYN the man that saved the UK from a no deal brexit and new Prime Minister the super hero, as the wounded back stabbers crawl under their rocks and look for a new job. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() now whats that betting for Theresa's deal to be voted in 1000/1 chargeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee |

You couldn't imagine a Churchill or Thatcher acting like May. She's a lot more Neville Chamberlain..
