Got to admire the man - He is remarkably young-looking, and alert for an 80-year-old - and 'good on him'.
To be replaced by Fiona Bruce.
Lovely Lady Fiona - But better suited to more tranquil programmes such as the Antiques Roadshow - and the excellent Art world 'Fake or Fraud' recent series
Not sure how she will hold together a Panel, and audience, that is getting increasingly more vehement and involved than in years gone by.
Dimbleby was a perfect follow on from Robin Day - and should, surely, have been replaced by real political expert and interviewer like either Johnh Humphries, or my personal choice, Nick Robinson.
However, they are both needed to be up early the following morning for Radio4's Today programme.
Although, surely their schedule for the Today programme could be arranged to accomodate a Question Time appearance.
Apart from the fact that I cannot abide his smug, self-serving, manner ... - and his utterly awful jokes/wisecracks - that he thinks are funny - but are nothing other than an unfunny insular embarrassment.

Neil had zero chance as he was a man. The sexist box ticking obsessed BBC made the decision it was to be a woman, every single person in their unbroadcast test episodes (never the final short list) was a woman...

In fact given Morgan was a Remain supported it appears at first glance the panel is 4/5 remainers.... 5/6 if you include blatant remainer hosting the damned thing.

Once again I'm dumbfounded at Osmond's complete inability to grasp very simple concepts. There are 5 people invited on the panel. 3 are lefties and 4 are remainers. Both majorities.

Should leave this sort of show to the free market. In Australia the nearest equivalent Q&A takes one topic ( usually not from that week's news ) includes a couple of experts and discusses it to death.
Taking people to court to pay for this schite is surely an anachronism in the 21st century. It's only 5 weeks after the anniversary of when we fought for freedom ffs.

"Since the start of the political season in September, 72% of the official panel guests across the three shows have been Remainers, while a mere 28% have been Leavers. A whopping 87% of the panels had a Remainer majority – only 13% of shows had a panel equally balanced between Leavers and Remainers. Not once have Leavers outnumbered Remainers.
Eight shows since the start of September have seen Brexiteers outnumbered 4 to 1 by Remainers, while two shows in the last two weeks managed to feature four Remainers and no Brexiteers at all"

Oh dear, they have a split co-chair and split co-spokespeople to make sure they are "gender balanced", and are Corbynites.
JC Respect-o-meter just went so negative the dial broke!

Hardman is currently in a relationship with John Woodcock, the Member of Parliament for Barrow and Furness,[15] [16] who currently sits as an independent MP, having resigned from the Labour Party.
He has sat as an Independent MP after having the Whip withdrawn from the Labour Party and suspended from membership on 30 April 2018 following allegations of sexual harassment. "I do not accept the charge" Woodcock said.[26]
The allegation was that he sent inappropriate SMS and other messages to a former employee between 2014 and 2016.[27] On 24 June, Woodcock said he would no longer cooperate with the Labour Party investigation as he believed it to be politically motivated.
Woodcock stated that he would take the General Secretary of the Labour Party to court to force an independent inquiry to take place
