I just checked the 'info' on the market and the key phrase is "When will Theresa May officially cease to be leader of the Conservative Party?"
In that sentence, the key words are "officially cease", What I'm wondering is: Is that the date she resigns (if she does) or the date a new leader is elected?
I.E. If I resign from a job, I don't "officially cease" to be a 'whatever' until the notice period is worked out.
If the point is at the time any new leader replaces her then it's hard to think they could have an internal election and choose a new leader before the new year.
In which case, laying October-December at 3.5 is HUUUUUUUGE value.
