70-74 were good years for silver coin finders,
pre 1920 coins worth even more.....21-46 were 50% silver. so were going for about 6 times face value that note looks like a jb page so 1970-78? |

The only Paige note I've got is from 78. That note pictured as you'll know was first issued in 1960. |

It was great days. I worked for the civil service and they rounded up to the nearest 10/-.
Was on £4 odds but every 3rd week I got £4 10/-. what a week that was ![]() |
