70-74 were good years for silver coin finders,
pre 1920 coins worth even more.....21-46 were 50%
silver. so were going for about 6 times face value

that note looks like a jb page so 1970-78?

Magnified it and it does look like his signature.
The only Paige note I've got is from 78.
That note pictured as you'll know was first issued in 1960.

It was great days. I worked for the civil service and they rounded up to the nearest 10/-.
Was on £4 odds Laugh but every 3rd week I got £4 10/-. what a week that was Cool
