She is! I've taken to her cooking here and now Cambodia and Thailand. She's not as pure as she 1st thought; she's Thai and Cambodian blood too. Good job she left before Pol POt!

She is modest, funny and entertaining. She does not make cooking a chore or a precise science; she makes simple tasty food with basic ingredients most of us would have in our larder. She's an all rounder, and she's not poncey either.

I like her food and personality.

Agree about the eyebrows. Comes across as a lovely person but bangs on a bit to the point where the obvious point she was trying to make became boring and laboured imo. Had to fast forward bits and just watch the recipes.
