by basically saying it was a joke that the teenager responsible for that shocking knife attack on a motorist a few months ago in Thornton Heath, only getting a 2 year suspended sentence and not a custodial one.
Has now been referred to the Attorney General(on the news tonight). Judge apparently taking into account the fact he had been the victim of kidnap at gunpoint a couple of weeks earlier in a drug related incident.....aaaaah diddums.
How someone like him, who is a clear danger to the public is allowed back on the streets is beyond me....(.Gardner not Khan)

Since when? Khan has not for over 20 years in politics. This case concerning the youngster wielding a knife slashing at a vehicle which brushed against his bicycle is a 1.0000001. I think the youngster could be sent down for at least 12 months imprisonment (probably more) after a judicial review of the original sentence, I'm fairly certain.
