He openly calls polish/russian etc workers dirty smelly immigrants to their faces,Sexually harasses a 63 yr old worker(asked her what cu m tastes like,does she masturbate,will she suck his di ck and often grabs her head and shoves it towards his di ck) smokes inside work buildings thinking nothing of blowing smoke all in your face.We got a new manager in(supposedly strict)to work with the 10 supervisors from all sites.They had a meeting about discrimination last week in which my supervisor said"it is simple...don't employ nig ga's,pa ki's or chink's" which was just met with laughter.Am i wrong to think that my workplace is completely fuc ked???

sounds like one of these people you'd see on these programes when they've been secretly doing all that, Britain's worst bosses, probably only a matter of time before someone does do that - as without evidence, it will carry on. |

Company i work for own 5 sites.smallest about 3 acres,biggest about 8 acres.

If it's not unionized if things are that bad it will take someone with courage to raise a formal complaint to the senior management. Not to worried about the Poles or Russians as their probably big enough and ugly enough to within on his ar$e, plus where they come from sadly it's probably the norm. Feel sorry for the old girl though. It's not something I'd put up with.

We had 1 polish bloke(top bloke,worked for about 6 years) put a complaint in,management told him they would move the pole to another site but never did so he left a few weeks back.

Make recordings. Keep them. If they try to turf you or a mate out some time later show them the film and see what they say when you return from a 10 minute walk.
