You should thank your boss for providing toilet facilities!
How does he know you're not just skiving, playing on your smart phone?
Be thankful he doesn't ask you to bring your own bucket or replace you with a robot. The clever, forward-thinking employee should be thinking, "how can I be a better, more productive worker and be better than a machine?"
