There was a scandal (not really reported here) a couple months ago in Ireland.
That **** who is their PM has a masterplan to absolutly flood the country with immigrants.
The Irish government were quietly paying newspapers to write articles backing it and not write things that said bad things about it.

How corrupt is that?

To support any argument, either side, and loads of it.
Especially by papers and sites who make money from advertisers, for getting loads of lookers.

So much of what we see and hear is inaccurate.

Almost all mainstream studies which make there way to the wide public gaze are sponsored by food or drug companies that have PAID to have foundings made known,most of which are delibirately set up to find what they want you should check who's money is behind your info STUDY guaranteed it aint independent.

Part of the overall issue is that we have no idea who to believe about anything.
Youtube is particularly bad as a news source though.
Other 'News' sources are just people with a webcam sounding plausible, or writing stuff on sites designed to look a bit like real journalistic outlets.

So we tend to believe the bits we want. And then fight that corner.

I find it hard to believe the BBC would shell out £25000 for this, really, don't you?
