I'm amazed this is an allowed practice, must annoy their neighbours no end having media vans, cameras, journos and whatnot constantly turning up in their street early morning or evening to pester the mp's, they never say anything anyway, just get in their car and drive off. Surely even mp's should be allowed some privacy when at home.

Similarly, has anyone ever heard an informative answer to a question barked out across Downing Street, by Laura Kuennsberg and her yappy little ilk, to Cabinet Ministers leaving #10?

Yes it's a nonsense. The BBC in the last couple years loves to play these pointless clips of someone leaving number 10 and someone shouting a question that never EVER gets an answer. Why? It's a waste of time. It is of course shown normally to try and push the political narrative the biased BBC is wanting to push that day, to try and give the impression of a dodgy slippery government.

And let's not forget the master at this sort of thing. The smug c0ckwomble who is the political guy at C4 news who has made an entire "career" out of running down the street with a microphone after people, shouting questions, and not getting any answers as the person is ignoring the tw@t. WHen I used to watch that rubbish even more biased "news" program, he'd regularly have great big long clips that just consisted of that. What a total waste of time, other than he seemed to enjoy it as it boosted his ego. What is the point in watching one hand clapping?

And as if they read this forum we just had laura kuensberg's report once again showing people walking in and out of downing street with her deliberately filling it with uninterupted audio of bored journalists shouting various questions that have precisely 0% chance of being answered.

More chance of me winning the Euromillions tonight. And it's not even drawn tonight. And I don't have a ticket. I had quite an argument in the corner shop asking for a wednesday night Euromillions ticket, but eventually admitted defeat!

what I don't understand is, they generally don't do this live, so when, as per usual, the mp's say nothing, and get in their car to drive or be driven away - the networks still show the 30 second clip of nothingness, from opening their door, to walking down the steps, to getting into the car and leaving, wtf is the point.
