Has anyone on here suffered a nervous breakdown or know of someone who has? I’d be interested to hear about it pls.

I know of a person ..
Things got too much and one day his whole system basically closed down ..
He walked out of his work place and his wife got worried late on when she couldn’t
reach him .. work invesitigated and found he hadnt been seen since 11am ish that morning .,
As it was7pm ish she phoned the police ..they put out a bulletin to be on the lookout for him.
They found him 3 days later in a b+b on the South Coast .. he didnt know what he was doing ..
he was befuddled... and he had, had, a nervous breakdown due to overwork and pressures at home ..
He had to go in for treatment ....

He had driven to work , but walked away from work and they think he caught buses
and trains to the south coast .. why the South coast ?? Nobody knows, not even him ..
