This is to announce that I am proud to have become a Muslim. This is the natural conclusion of any intelligent theologian’s journey. All scripture study leads to Islam. Which makes all other scriptures redundant. I will be given (another) new name. It will be Shuhada’
Having not grown up religious I can't help but find it odd when people hop around from one religion to another. There must be a pun to this story surely, but I'm not seeing it - don't let me down chit chatters

Tbh I do not give a hoot what religion Sinead O'Conner practises as long as she finds solace and peace within herself and/from that religion. However, what irks me a little is their need to announce it to the world - a sense of insecurity perhaps. If so, deal with it, but plz do not use one religion against another for the switch; Islam would not be my religion if I had one.
There are so many civil-minded and caring individuals in the world without a religion. Personally, I'd have a bit of one with another, and another - I'd choose the bits I agreed with - to help to facilitate my way of life, if necessary, but certainly not allegiance to only one. Religion is not for everyone thus must not be a hindrance to one's life. Life is too short, and religion ought to be just a side dish (no more) to most these days, I believe. |
