If only Barry Sheene hadn't passed away so young ... Would have been great seeing a Duster being advertised by Mr Sheene.

Good one screaming; the perfect match! Grin

Just had some feedback from an owner. He's trading in his one for a new model. Loves it!

It does seem a bit of a bargain.

Somewhat cheaper than this, a snip at £164,950.

Don't they use Renault engines and gearboxes? If so, avoid like the plague. Renault make awful cars that are never out of the garage, and their customer service is equally bad.

Never buy a basic, cheap new car from such as Dacia, as if you have any aspirations to something you know is vastly better, you will not be happy!

Instead go for something used and high spec, for similar cost, from a quality manufacturer, which will be vastly more reliable and will
lose far less, if at two or three years old, having already taken the biggest slice of it's depreciation.

Plenty of £10k cars around, and you will get a buzz every time you walk up to, and drive it!

The people who buy  basic cars, will usually try to convince themselves, that they only want something "to get from A to B"!

I buy VERY basic cars new. The Dacia Duster would be much bigger than I need.
Had very few problems in the last 8 years. Warranty for at least 3 years, get rid before then so no MoT. Getting over 66mpg from my present one      Happy

A bit more pricey but if your looking for a budget 4x4 a Ssangyong might be worth looking at. I'd of bought one but my missus is bit of a badge snob

Ssangyong also benefits from a 7 year warranty so second hand still comes with peace of mind
