The Army is investigating after far-right activist Tommy Robinson posted a photo of himself surrounded by a group of young soldiers. The former English Defence League leader also put a video of the scene on Facebook, in which the men could be heard cheering and shouting his name. The Army said it was aware of the posts and "investigating the circumstances".
A spokeswoman said: "Far-right ideology is completely at odds with the values and ethos of the armed forces."
She added: "The armed forces have robust measures in place to ensure those exhibiting extremist views are neither tolerated nor permitted to serve."
The photograph and video appear to have been taken outside a motorway service area and Mr Robinson described the group as "young recruits". Mr Robinson wrote on Facebook: "A moment like this makes it all worth while. Today I met real British heroes (sic)."
Responding to news of the investigation, Mr Robinson said in a video post that he had met the soldiers "by chance" and they should not be "left hung out to dry" for having their photo taken with him.

But, he's absolutely correct in exposing what's happening to huge swathes of our society , namely the cuts being made to services and entitled benefits to the working class poor, sick, disabled and disadvantaged . All perpetrated by this Tory government, the establishment and the mass media.
This creates massive unrest, which unfortunately gives rise to the Right Wing racist thugs who then feed into this unrest, and start blaming immigrants for the problems impacting the poor working class,

Facts - Too often the media and other observers label Tommy Robinson as 'far right' . I would suggest that the guy in this video is further to the right than Mr Robinson , so how would he be labelled ?

'Far right' is already losing it's potency, like all the other abusive/derogatory labels they like to attach.
The problem is that those who label others as 'far right' clearly have no real knowledge of what far right actually is . To me the term 'far right' conjours up images of Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany of the 30's/40's or the NF marches through our inner cities in the 70's/80's with all the racial hatred associated with these ideologies .

If WHU want to be consistent they should publicly distance themselves from all WH fans who support the DFLA and groups like them. They should make it plain they will not accept money for tickets nor merchandise.
I'll be supporting Tommy on Tuesday in person. I will then contact the club to see if they still want my hard earned or not.
