From what I've read online poor skin can come from frequent masterbation (twice a day for example)

Something to do with sexual arousel effecting the cooling system in the body, becoming hot and not having enough moisture in the skin thus becoming dry and cracking up

I've got to much time on my hands

It might explain my psoriasis. I'm seeing the specialist again in a week or so, I'll ask her opinion on the subject (bet she blushes).

Apparently men who are getting the real thing are less likely to suffer from it than those who have to masterbate, as sex quenches the thirst so to speak

Men who aren't getting any tend to masterbate more because of sexual frustration

There's a lot of stuff in sperm that's supposed to contribute to the condition of good skin like minerals for example.

So if you're exporting it regularly and not replacing it through a good diet, then that's one reason where the idea could come from.
