Nowadays it's the mental health effects caused by taking drugs and no solution/consequence is ever to STOP TAKING DRUGS it's one big carousel of pilfering from the purse.
The perpetrators get their lives paid for and the validators (social worker types) get hefty unjustifiable and unnecessary wages which are only possible through the pandering to such types. |

The mental health excuse gives them all carte blanche on doing whatever they like drugs,crime,violence gangs etc. and having it justified without any reprisal or responsibility for their actions.
