Can anyone here explain how this works (in layman's terms) and the benefits

Hi Aspro is that on Outlook one drive, Just upload the Video you can share it ,or Just give the sis the Log in she can download it

You could also Upload to you Tube Give sis the URL ,(page address of the Upload)

Thanks for the input case. I subscribe to Office 365 and it affords me 1TB on OneDrive
I assume I just drop the file in there? |

Yes Aspro, then right click on the file in OneDrive and choose Share, you then have the option to email it or generate a link you can send to your sister or share the file on social media.
