The fact summer's over and we're heading in to autumn and winter is purely coincidental.

The police like all public servants know a good thing when they see it.

While they bellyache on an almost daily basis about shortage of funds and lack of officers, here they're seeking extra funding to continue to spend on sending officers on a wild goose chase in the sun.

So are the police really strapped for cash and short of officers? I don't think so.
They simply use the situation as an excuse to cover for their ineffectiveness.

Police forces have been ineffective , since they were told to employ people because of there ethnicity, Gender and Religion, as oppose to them making good honest coppers.

That is in keeping with the police taking 13 years to investigate a burglary due to a lack of resources.

finding Maddie a walk in the park as compared to finding or interrogating [ questioning ] the priest. along with lie detectors, grilling the tapas 7 etc ,loads of places the inquiry could go ,if the police, parents really WANTED TO

Terrible crime. How the parents were never charged with child neglect is something that will never come out for some reason.
Imagine working class parents doing the same thing, they'd have been banged up and invited on the Jeremy Kyle show.

And why not. Great travelling the world at someone else's expense. Will NEVER be found just like the body of poor Ms Lamplugh. The Golden Hour is a term used in forensics that applies to the one hour after the crime when the evidence is fresh and undisturbed. Not the Golden Ten Years etc.

enough time and money has been spent, the police just want a free holiday abroad yet nobody in public says anything to draw attention to this charade.
