10 days ago - Christine Lagarde warns of ‘dire consequences’ if UK has disorderly exit from EU

Today - The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has agreed to provide a bigger, faster bailout to Argentina than initially planned in an effort to restore market confidence in the country. The IMF plans to boost its 36-month financing package to $57.1bn (£43bn) from $50bn announced previously. Christine Lagarde, managing director of the IMF, said she was confident the package - one of the biggest in IMF history - would help to restore market confidence in Argentina, while still providing for the "most vulnerable".

Good to know there is at least £43bn waiting for us when the 'dire consequences' hit Happy
