I drink Alpro Soya Unsweetened.  It's no good in tea as I find it separates but great as a standalone drink.  It tastes and feels creamy, which would make you think it's high in calories but it's only 33 per 100ml.  It has the same calcium as cow's milk and the B vitamins too.  It really is delicious and I highly recommend it.  A litre container costs about £1.40 and I get through roughly one per day.  Make sure it's unsweetened though.

I used to buy hemp milk but I find it a lot cheaper to make it myself now. I buy  'organic hemp seeds' off eBay, put them in a blender with water, pour  mixture into a nut milk strainer bag and gently press from the bottom allowing the liquid to fall into a large jug. Sorted.

Is hemp milk good for you? - Yes excellent plant-based source of protein and essential fatty acids with lots of Vitamins and Calcium. Also has powerful antioxidant properties.

I bought some Tesco unsweetened Soya milk today it's 59p.
The Aldi stuff is about the same price.

It doesn't separate in tea at all. It separates in coffee if you don't leave it to cool for seven minutes or so, after then it's alright.

I've tried alpro and was pleasantly surprised, I keep one to one side as long term "emergency milk" as it doesn't go off fast.

I'm sure I tried it in tea and it was ok to me anyway (maybe it was coffee).
