POLICE are hunting Eastern European thugs who stabbed a company director - because he was wearing a Union Jack T-shirt. Ian Edwards, 52, was walking home after attending a Proms in the Park music concert when he was attacked by four yobs.
The gang pointed at his patriotic T-shirt and punched and kicked him repeatedly before one of them stabbed him in the arm.
Police are treating the attack as a hate crime after Ian told officers he suspected he was targeted because of what he was wearing.

My son was wearing an English flag T-Shirt in "Playa de las Américas", whilst walking, I think, close to the cliff edge, with his girl friend.
He was set upon by four Spanish yobs, and beaten, and they took his new trainers!
He spent half a day in hospital, and half a day with the police.
