Semolina total Shyte ,I can remember it being dished up at my Junior school ,with a prune in the Middle of it ,at the age of 6 I tried to eat it , I vomited . I think it was a Tuesday  they served it , I hated Tuesdays ,Some old Monitor cxxt would be telling you ,you had to eat it

Semolina refers to a British milk pudding, in which semolina is cooked slowly in milk and sweetened with sugar. This dish is served topped with a spoonful of honey, jam or fresh or dried fruit.

This was the problem in schools in the 1960s and 1970s: they clean forgot to add the sugar, the honey, the jam or the fruit (apart from a prune, obviously).
