Abuse from the church,especially the Catholics,has been going on for centuries

Because of the infiltration of the state and because often they are the state .

The Pope and most of the Bishops don't believe in God. They just like power and wearing fancy dress.

The problem only started when the catholic bible was translated from Latin to English and Amen was mistranslated as Ah Boys.

I spent 7 months studding the church (ie attending weds nights,Sunday service) just to question,every time the priest would stand thier with a stick pointing to a big screen with scriptures on it ,(verse 3.16 he says this,verse 598 he’s says that)and each time I questioned I was ridiculed , blasphemed threatened , and the police were called ,,,,this from a guy that started to believe in religion from the age of 33 when he needed more from life ( an Irish priest) who lost his way boxing,..... this guy now owns a 2.5 litre BMW, a Harley-Davidson, and his own lake , which I found out when he visited my house and questioned me on my beliefs and hobbies (told him fishing is my thing).....
Anyway back to the point the people that attend ,don’t want outsiders disturbing the equilibrium of thier little gatherings, they know what goes on but they feel part of something,..... so I posted a question, and answer it my self,, frustration I guess

With all their UNGODLY, UNSCRITURAL and EVIL religious system.................

The Church is just one aspect,I suspect the same applies to Islam and other religions with dissent brushed under the carpet. Any grouping that invites unqualified hero worship,like pop groups,etc will experience abuse on a large scale.

You can easily read it as an attempt to make themselves all powerful by trying to make it so "salvation" wasn't to do with faith and leading a good life, it was instead largely to with following rituals that only they could do. If you step back and look at it.. you can see why there was a reformation.

Biggest form of power and control in all of humanity and sadly there's still billions of egotistical liars who 'believe' whilst ignoring and hearing what they want for the benefit of themselves.

^ Not necessarily for benefit for themselves,they simply believe,nothing wrong with that particulary if they practise that.

Live and let live, you are castigating others for having "faith", is that up to you to decide?
