Thanks, I've just been round and told them in no uncertain terms that I won't stand for any of that sort of thing.

By:
They should be happy enough until they can afford somewhere decent to live.
By:
It's not about their happiness, it's about mine.
By:
happiness is not to be taken lightly it’s unquestionably the meaning of life ,
and so on |

I'm assuming someone from the Council will have marked their card.
![]() |
By:
They are the council.
By:
Just put on your best pyjamas and pop over with a card at Eid and all will be fine
By:
Daddy councillor and 2 of his sons are councillors. All 3 well versed in the law of sharia.
By:
look at it this way be careful not to get yourself in trouble if you are a racist
you may not be of course ! |
By:
Actually, it's all just wishful thinking on my part. It's still them fecking christians there, although they're at their church at the mo, so I do get a bit of p&q on sunday mornings.
By:
I’m sure they will say a little prayer for you , you’re too dumb to do so

You will be selling your gaff to one of his family within the next five years so keep on his good side.

Indeed Cooperman.
Mate of mine bought a general store with living accommodation. Things were fine for years. Then another store nearby was taken over by an ethnic family who quickly dropped their prices. My mate had to follow suit and drop his as well. Six months or so later my mate concluded that the business wasn't worth keeping on with having to wage a price war with the bloke up the road. He advertised it but couldn't sell it due to the poor profitability brought on by his low prices. Eventually a buyer arrived and bought him out at a knock down price. It was the owner of the shop nearby. He closed down my mates shop and turned it into a house, and his family moved in. Built an extension on his existing shop and the place is booming. That's how you lose your business/house/country if you take your eye off the ball. |

By:
The country would be well and truly buggered if the western capitalists started operating like that as well.
By:
Except when the Western capitalists move in the area usually improves.
I've yet to see that happen with the influxes into he UK and Europe over the last few decades. The reverse is always the case. |
By:
At least they're not happy clapping. Whatever that is?
By:
We have Muslim neighbours both sides and across the road. They are no trouble and quite friendly.
Potential drawbacks are that as their families grow they build the biggest extensions they can get away with. Also expect more cars parked in the road. |
By:
That’s very good news foinavon
By:
When we moved here 30 years ago it was a white neighbourhood, lfc. A mix of British and Irish and few kids.
As residents died or moved the houses were sold and mainly Muslims and a few Sikhs moved in. Now it is mainly Muslim, and there are plenty of kids. This is the reality of this part of Birmingham. |
By:
I can’t see the point of that ? maybe there isn’t one ,
nevermind I don’t think it’s a good one , just my opinion |
By:
The point is their population is growing and they need places to live. If they can find the money they buy the house they want. It's as simple as that.
By:
As long as you can still see Christmas trees lights in the homes along your beautiful avenue as you walk home on a snowy Christmas night foinavon
If hard to find the words to describe how wonderful that is |
By:
dont ask the tight ***** for any sugar
By:
What is the point again in the Muslim population growing and the Christian , and atheist ( that’s you ;) ) declining ?
I missed that |
By:
That is the point.
By:
They give us food and presents, woundedknee especially on special occasions such as Eid. Many times we have been given lifts by neighbours when going on holiday too.
There are still some people who decorate their houses at Christmas, lfc. Mrs F is one and goes to town with it. Some of the local kids help decorate the tree with the full knowledge of their parents. They are just ordinary people living their lives as you would expect. |
By:
Well I don’t know about Birmingham , look around the world that should be your viewpoint
That doesn’t seem to make very much sense |
By:
it’s illegal to have a Christmas tree in some parts of the world , I stand on the earth like everyone else
That is what I see |
By:
What is the point again in the Muslim population growing and the Christian , and atheist ( that’s you ;) ) declining ?
I missed that That is not something I have any control over. I just happen to live here. Perhaps you should ask Mr Blair who decided to let large numbers come here when he was PM. Most of the young families consist of one British born and one immigrant parent which is their way of keeping the door ajar. |
By:
It’s not like that in Birmingham ?
Well it never was , I am not impressed by that , I give nobody any credit for that That’s the very least we should expect , sorry Do you think we should be thankful in our own country ? |
By:
I am nit impressed if mrs foinavon can still put up a Christmas tree !
Sorry I insist on being unimpressed by that |
By:
That is the very least we should be able to expect in England
By:
She's always put up a Christmas tree, lfc, don't anyone try and stop her. They would regret it.

By:
: ) very good foinavon , it’s lovely and beautiful to see in the beautiful houses
soon it will be Christmas and the snow will swirl |

I've got a Moslem neighbours. Nice couple he's a Doctor. Couldn't wish for better neighbours.
By:
yes baron that’s nice
my neighbour is a doctor also in fact a dentist a doctor of dentistry She’s not a Muslim but she very nice and is black if that has any relevance I don’t know and works for the NHS , private also of course That’s how things look like in our cities today |
By:
the dental assistant at her practice isn’t British either , she’s from eastern Europe and is Christian as far as I know
Before that the there was an Australian girl as assistant Not sure what religion she was but not Muslim , probably Christian |
By:
It’s not a surprise just how expensive it is to visit the dentist for even the quickest most basic things when they can afford to come from all over the world to live in nice parts of the towns and cities ,
It’s doesn’t seem to make much sense , but it’s nice |
