At the time there was uproar from the usual leftist suspects.
Now it is revealed quietly that there were just 18 'victims' there is not a word.
More people are stabbed in London every few weeks than are are victims of this.
Just a couple of little articles on it when the report came out yesterday. No headlines.
The left overcooked it before the facts were out.
What a farce.
The only plus point is Rudd was removed.

I don't see why that is a plus point, would have been a lot funnier if her constituents had got there first.
The only motivation was money. If there had been no money in it nobody would of given a damn.
They've just done a piece on Polish parents leaving the UK because their kids have not been made UK citizens fast enough. They actually compared it to Windrush. 
The Windrush scandal was stopped by the new Home Secretary Sajid Javid when he took over from Amber Rudd. That's why it disappeared from the headlines. That's why more people were not wrongly deported.

They gave given up on dealing with the problem because of the fuss kicked up by the usual types

Quite possibly there are squillions of illegals but the Windrush problem was they were targeting people who were legally here. The trick is to get the one (or more likely grant an amnesty, let's be honest, without getting the legals).
Britain does not try to deport people who are legally here
I have no doubt about that., of course mistakes can be made , that is being used by the same people who will try and stop the deportation of everyone and anyone , it is almost impossible to do so

The windrush generation are not any different from any other generation or group of people
