Isn't it just great though that the cameras are allowed to take such clear pictures so near to a "crime" scene with the actors - err, feds doing their job so well?

People say we need to look at the causes. Put more money into helping the youth etc.
If you really want to look into the causes should we not look at how things have changed since the borders were opened in 1997 and see if it is linked in any way? If it is then maybe time to change policy?
